12/30/09 - RJF&A Hired by Pa. Builders Association to develop stormwater alternatives and present concepts to EPA, DEP, Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Farm Bureau, Pa. Conservation Districts and Pa. Municipal Authorities Association in an attempt to get regulations changed to give builders more cost effective stormwater options.
12/18/09 - Presentation to Pa. DEP on Post- Construction Stormwater (PCSW) Offset/Trading concept we developed to reduce the on-site infiltration requirements in return for payment to install off-site Forested Riparian Buffers on Farm land.
